Today I’m reviewing the book “The 8 hour diet” by David Zinczenko which claims that you can eat whatever you want, as much as you want, without restrictions and lose 20 pounds or more in 6 weeks. I especially love this diet because it is so simple to incorporate into whatever lifestyle you already follow. I’ve read the book and taken so many notes so that I could give you guys a run down of exactly what this diet is and how to follow it. I hope you guys enjoy this video!
