Hey guys! So I was innanets researching and came across the Albolene Challenge. Basically what this stuff does is force your body to work harder to seat making you lose excess water weight. Sounded interesting so I tried it. It definitely makes you sweat more during your workouts. I’ll stick to my neoprene workout shorts, but thought I’d share for those who might be intrigued 🙂
