Some people have called this the weirdest home weight loss workout ever to lose weight fast. Have you seen or even tried doing the workout video above to lose weight fast in your own home even once. If you have not then you will see how weird it is but you will not care after losing weight so fast doing this incredible workout.
This workout is for people want to lose weight fast with battle ropes who don’t have battle ropes of their own (see ).
If you don’t have a bed sheet then use 2 shirts (or 2 heavy hoodies) and shake them like crazy. The shaking of the bed sheets is like doing the battle rope waves and the chair swings are similar to the battle rope hip tosses.
You also don’t need a chair to do this workout but you will need to be creative in your own right to find something comparable to chair to do this workout with to help you lose weight fast.

20 seconds of shaking the hell out of your bed sheet (as if you’re trying to get a ton of dust out of it) instead of doing battle rope waves
Rest for 10 seconds or march in place lightly
20 seconds of jumping jacks
Rest for 10 seconds or march in place lightly
20 seconds of chair swings which is the same as battle rope hip tosses
Rest for 10 seconds or march in place lightly
20 seconds of jumping jacks
Do all of that ONE more than
Rest 60 seconds
Repeat at least 3 more times for an almost 20 minute workout
You can make your workout more intense by using a heavier, thicker and or longer bed sheet that you have to keep off the floor (or not as much) while shaking it.
GOOD NEWS For People with lower body injuries: Just leave out the Jumping jacks and alternate between the sheets and chair swings every 20 seconds. (You could also do this workout seated if injured)
