Exercising for Fast Weight Loss:
Move around more than usual!
Plan to do cardio and strength/muscle training.
Cardio is a good way to burn the most calories, so it is ideal for fast weight loss, but afterward you need to include some strength/muscle training. To burn the most fat, try to keep sweating for your whole workout. I know it sounds hard but it will become easy.
A personal trainer told me one way to increase the intensity is to do interval training. This is a short surge of high intensity, followed by a more easy going pace, and repeating that pattern throughout the workout for 30 minutes.
Interval training allows you to work harder without spending the a lot of time at the gym. Over time, the more you do it, the easier it becomes to burn more calories. Check out my last video for an example.
~Fads and Crash Diets:
If a diet plan sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I believe there is no longterm solution to a diet plan, its all about lifestyle changes.
Pass on any programs or plans that encourages fasting, detoxification pills, and/or laxatives.
Also, cutting calories below 1,200 per day is counterproductive, because you need to be strong to be able to exercise effectively.
When you cut down your calories below 1,200, you do lose fat BUT also you will lose muscles, which slows down your metabolism, making it vey difficult to lose weight and to keep it off.
Commit to your weight loss goals. Use a journal or a tracking app. This will help you to do it the right way for longterm success. Love you guys!!!
