Grow long, strong and healthy hair by applying lemon juice at night and by washing them with fuller-earth (multani-mitti) in the morning; by massaging your hair with ‘Badam-rogan’; and by drinking mixed juice of carrot, beetroot and tomato. You can shed kilos by consuming hot water after every meal and lemon juice in hot water for 5 days a week till 3 weeks continuously; or by wrapping damp cotton cloth around your tummy that should be covered with any shawl or woolen cloth till ½ an hour. Consume half spoon of ‘dalchini’ and watermelon seeds twice a day to balance blood pressure. You can overcome depression by drinking white-pumpkin juice and by practicing ‘suryanamaskar’. Keep your veggies soaked in water till 1 or 2 hours for washing off chemicals from them. Develop healthy habits such as prohibiting excessive intake of tea or coffee, maida eatables, pickles, spicy and junk food, alcohol and preferring cold drinks right after having warm diet; having a cup of hot turmeric milk at night, buttermilk with cumin seeds (jeera) and asafetida (heeng)in lunch, fruits before meal, a cup of hot water after taking meal.
