-30 sec – jump rope – regular bounce
-30 sec – plank to pushups
-30 sec – jump rope – run in place
-30 sec – pushups
-30 sec – jump rope – regular bounce
-30 sec – plank to pushups
-30 sec – jump rope – run in place

**rest 10 seconds between exercises
**complete circuit 3-5x (3 beginner, 5 for advanced)
