**DISCLAIMER** I said REM Sleep in this video… I mis-spoke. What I meant to say was Non-REM Sleep. REM sleep occurs when your brain is still active. Non-REM sleep is the deepest type of sleep and you cycle between 3 stages of non-REM and REM sleep constantly throughout the night. Sorry about any confusion!
