So what exactly is the idea behind smoothie weight loss?
Well, according to conventional wisdom, you are able to lose weight (and sometimes
pretty quickly) by drinking healthy delicious and nutritious smoothies as a meal
replacement for either breakfast or lunch or sometimes BOTH.
Smoothie recipes for weight loss contain a variety of refreshing fruits and they also
pack monosaturated fatty acids – which target (quite specifically) stubborn belly fat.
I’ve got 2 incredible smoothie recipes that I want to share with you today. These are
not only extremely delicious, they are also healthy and will help you lose weight by
drinking them instead of lunch!
Recipe #1:
Mango Smoothie-
(makes 1 serving)
1/4 cup mango cubes
1/4 cup mashed ripe avacado
1/2 cup mango juice
1/4 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
6 ice cubes
Just combine the mango, avacado, mango juice, lime juice, yogurt, sugar and ice cubes
into a blender.
Process the mixture until it is smooth (usually 45 seconds to 1 minute depending on
blender and speed). Pour everything into a tall glass and serve to a very happy
customer.
Recipe #2 – The Yummy Berry Smoothie
(also makes 1 serving)
Blueberry smoothie:
This berry smoothie makes a killer snack – its also perfect for a flat belly diet
jumpstart.
1 cup skim milk
1 cup of frozen unsweetened blueberries
1 Tablespoon of COLD PRESSED organic Flaxeed oil
To Make The Smoothie:
Place the milk and frozen blueberries into a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until
smooth. Take the mixture and transfer it to a tall glass.
Stir in the Flaxeed oil and enjoy!
