If you are wanting to loose weight do the 30 day squat challenge and you will shed pounds after the 30 days. also it does help to add cardio maybe once or twice a week, But since you are doing squats it burns a lot of calories and that’s how you loose weight .. also keep in mind its better to use 5 lbs weights
