This is one of my home fat burning workouts and leg blaster workouts. You can do this workout routine about 3 times a week to lose belly fat and strengthen your legs. I use a back pack weighted with about 40 pounds for the weight. That is all you will need for equipment.

Workouts:

1 – 20 air squats
2 – 20 lunges
3 – 20 side lunges
4 – high knees for 1 minute
5 – 20 air squats
6 – 20 lunges
7 – sprints
8 – 2 sets of 10 burpees
