1. Take a glass of water
2. Pour it into pan and add some cumin seeds to it.
3. Heat the water for 5 minutes.
4. Filter off the cumin seeds and add a teaspoon of honey to water
5. Drink

Have this in an empty stomach and wait for at least 30 mins before gobbling
up anything..
