I’m 5’6.5 in height. At my heaviest, I weighed 160 lbs and I got down to 135 lbs. I basically went from a size 10 US dress size to 6.
I lost the bulk of my weight from April to June by watching what I ate and working out 3-4 times a week. Later on, I maintained a healthy diet and worked out less frequently. Hopefully, I’ll pick it up again now that the holidays are over.
In terms of my ‘diet’: it goes without saying that I never drink juice or carbonated drinks. Just plain water with infused fruits, regular coffee sweetened only with a teaspoon of honey, tea, red wine… I rarely went out drinking during those months, but when I did I had vodka sodas. (haha) 😛
