I used to be slim in my high school days, but since college I have been
gaining weight, so much so, that I now look bad, and everyone around is
commenting on my weight. I did try some weight loss programs but honestly
could not stick to any for too long, none of them showed results anyway,
and my problem is not solved a bit. Please, please can anyone suggest me a
good way to lose weight? Thanks in advance.

wow i love how you never gave up…i do not even weigh this much but it is
taking me too long to do something about it because i am not determined
enough..i am like on my 6th “start” since i gain weight on having my 3rd
baby, i do hope that this time i stick to my workout and be slim again..you

This video couldn’t have come across my path any sooner. I am well over 100
lbs over weight and just like you I have struggled with my weight. I too
looked for quick fixes during my teen years and later in life gained
everything and then some back, especially after I had my daughter. I
seriously cried during this video because it describes me to the T. Thank
you so much for doing this video, you definitely have a new subbie.

My mate we’re talking among each other about their diet and how much weight
they had lost. In the beginning I of course wanted to do this and I have
dropped a grand complete of 13lbs from the “sowo amazing plan” (Google it).
That really was a life transformer for me and I feel a lot healthier.

Smart move Grace, in regards to making a decision to make losing weight a
lifestyle instead of relying on fad diets. We all know that they work
temporarily, but you end up gaining all the weight back plus a few extra
pounds. If people would just take a step back and think to themselves, “Hey
if I were to lose just 3-5 pounds per month for 12 months, I could
potentially lose anywhere from 36 to 60 pounds.” Folks don’t look at how
small amounts of weight loss can add up over time instead of trying to lose
it all in one month. By taking your time and gradually dropping the pounds,
