WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO LOSE WEIGHT | NEW MEAL PLAN!

Tone up, banish the bloat, lose water weight and drop pounds with my Free 7 day flat belly meal plan! It’s time to finally feel the best version of you possible, my 7 day flat belly meal plan is not only easy to do, it’s cheap and can be adapted for the whole family. All the ingredients are listed below and you repeat the one day for 7 days. If you find yourself craving sugar do not worry, this is very normal after an indulgent period, if you can hang on in for 3 days the cravings will pass, if not, add some honey to my ice-cream recipe or make a homemade hot chocolate to satisfy your cravings.

My Previous 7 Day Flat Belly Plan:

Breakfast Recipe:
1 Banana,
2 Scoops PHD Belgian Chocolate Protein Powder,
1 Tbs Coffee,
1 Tbs Flaxseed,
1 Tbs Chia Seeds,
1 handful of ice-cubes,
150ml of Oat Milk,
Blend together.

Snack Recipe:
1 chopped Apple,
1 Tbs of Peanut Butter.

Lunch Recipe:
Your Choice of Protein, Fish, Meat, legumes, Beans or Tofu with 3 Green Vegetables.

Afternoon Snack (or Dessert) :
1 Pack of Frozen Blueberries or fruit of choice.
1 Banana or 2 Tbs Greek Yoghurt
50ml of Water,
Blend Together, top with cacao or desiccated coconut.

Dinner Recipe:
Your choice of Protein – Fish, Meat, Legumes, Beans or Tofu with 3 Green vegetables and either 1 Sweet Potato or 150g of Rice.

Drinks: 2litres a day.
Water,
Peppermint tea,
Lemon with Ginger & hot water.

Sleep:
Aim to get to bed before 11:30pm if possible, the more hours you sleep before midnight the better you will feel in the morning, use a sleep tracker if you are unsure how much sleep you are actually getting and aim to switch off all Technolology at least 30 minutes before you want to sleep.

Advice, this one day meal plan is to be followed for 7 days, you can adapt any of the ingredients for products you enjoy but these must have similar macronutrients, i.e.: don’t swap fats for carbohydrates. It is recommended that you also try to work out at leat 3 times a week, I have lots of workout routines here that you can follow and am also posting bodyweight circuits on my Instagram which you can complete anywhere.
