I’m always being asked about what I eat and am in the process of editing a new Food Diary Vlog, but in the meantime was asked to do a ‘What’s in my Fridge’ style video.
As always I’m not a nutritionist, but this style of eating and these foods have worked for me throughout my 80lb weight loss so it may give you some ideas!
– I eat 1200 calories on a sedentary day (more when exercising)
– I eat 120g or less of carbs a day, lately my average has been 85g (I count ALL carbs even from fruit, veggies etc).
– I try to get as close to 100g of protein each day.
