5 Tips to Lose Weight Quickly

1. Drink Water – Studies indicate that drinking lots of water can actually help lose weight regardless of the fact weather you diet or not.Aim to drink at least 3 – 4 liters of water every day which can not only help lose weight but also improve skin quality and overall health.

2. Exercise Regularly – Exercise can help burn calories which is one of the most important factors when it comes to weight loss. To burn calories you don’t need to perform hardcore exercises like pull ups,clean & press etc, even simple exercises even walking or jogging can work equally well to burn calories. Aim to workout at least 3 -4 times a week which will help lose weight and improve overall health.

3. Nutrition – Nutrition is the most important factor when to comes to weight loss. But here i am not talking about food that can help lose weight but even more important which avoiding food that leads to accumulation of body fat …Foods like chocolate pastry, bakery products are extremely high in sugar,white flour and fat which can easily make to put on weight.

4. Increase your Fiber Intake – Fiber can play a vital role in curbing your appetite, it is heavy, makes you feel full and can help in controlling the amount of food that you eat thereby controlling number of calories . Include both soluble and insoluble sources of fiber.

5. Rest and Relax – Studies indicate that people who are stressed easily find it difficult to lose weight because of production of a hormone called cortisol. Try and relax as stress won’t help solve any problems,do yoga,deep breathing exercises or pick up any hobby like playing video games that can help relieve stress.

Overall it is important that you need to control you weight not just from a cosmetic perspective but even from a health perspective, most lifestyle diseases like heart disease, high blood pressure and various others are directly or indirectly co related with the excess amount of weight that your body is carrying ..so control your weight by following these 5 points :-).
