Waking Up Using Your Subconscious Mind

I’m not sure what happened with my camera, but here are the steps to use to wake up without an alarm:
1. Think of a time you want to wake up at (E.g 8am)
2. Set your alarm clock at 10 mins ahead of time chosen e.g 8.10am (this is for backup in case it doesn’t work. It either works the first or second time).
3. Say to yourself “I now demand my subconscious mind to wake up me up at _________ (time you chose) AM/PM” (Repeat 10 times)
4. Visualize yourself waking up full of energy, turning over to look at your phone and seeing the time you chose to wake up at. Do this 10 times.
