I was 70kg 4 years ago. One day I tried wearing one of my favourite dresses and I couldn’t fit in it. That was it for me! It was time to get rid of all the extra weight as I also had lots of health issues because of it like PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome/Hormonal Imbalance) . It is 4 years later now and I am 53kg. 17kg lost… I can’t grasp the idea that all the stresses and struggles that I had are behind me. Hello to my new life and body! More videos are coming where I will be sharing everything that I learnt throughout this journey.
