Removing animal products is your lifestyle and that’s not what her video is
about and nobody but you wants to be vegan. We know how to lose weight,
maintain weight, and be happy and if that’s not vegan then let it go. There
are other tips and tricks! You’ve been contradicting yourself thru out this
whole video it’s annoying to listen to and watch. Won’t be watching again
and won’t be going vegan

I read a lot about nutrition and I agree with the fact that it’s not that
good to eat animal products. I also think that when you do this type of
videos, you need to help people, because they’re not informed and it’s
useless and unfair to criticise that much and get mad at them, just because
they don’t know how to eat. It’s the wrong approach, you know a lot about
nutrition and you could teach to all the audience you have what you know
and what is better. I can read in the comments that a lot of people don’t
like the way you judge people; and trust me, I follow Alisha and she is
such a nice person, she doesn’t deserve to be treated this way. In certain
videos it seems to me that you only care that people have a thin body and
not about their health.

I hate it when people push a vegan diet on you. It’s a free country we can
eat what we want! And just because we are not a strictly vegan diet doesn’t
mean we are unhealthy. Food should be something you enjoy, not something
you worry about. I am non vegan and I am Perfectly healthy. People that
push a vegan diet on others should really take a step back and look at the
overall picture. Being vegan may have some benefits, but does it take away
from the enjoyment factor of food as long as you eat in moderation? Just
think about that.

I’m completely baffled by all of these comments saying how bad of a person
Freelee is for “Being super mean” and “Saying anything bad about Alisha”.
What? Nowhere in the video did she say anything that was directed in an
insulting way, and all she’s trying to do is talk about how helpful her
lifestyle is. So many people can be so incredibly ignorant. She didn’t
mention anything about Alisha herself, only the video. In fact, she even
said that the video brought up some great points! It’s called constructive
criticism, people. Furthermore, why is everyone hating on her for her body?
She eats healthy, her eating habits are clearly working, and she looks fit
as opposed to “An ugly stick”. I thought that you people were against body
shaming, but what you’re doing is body shaming someone who certainly
doesn’t deserve it.
