1. Chemicals make it a LOT harder for you to lose weight. Soon I will have a challenge that will help you eliminate chemicals and lose weight faster.
2.Unhealthy foods disguised as healthy foods. You may be eating foods that you think are healthy but in reality they are unhealthy and causing weight gain.
3. You ARE losing weight, you just don’t know it! Sometimes you are gaining more muscle than losing fat, so the scale shows you’re gaining weight or staying the same. To avoid these false reads, get a high quality scale: or a lower quality scale with similar benefits
4.You’re focused on “everyone’s” problem and not focused on yours. Your thing may be sweets, salts, or carbs etc. listening to someone who simply got rid of alcohol, if that was never your problem to begin with, why would it have such a profound effect? It won’t! Keep a journal with all of your foods for about a week and figure out which foods you are struggling with most. Then slowly start to eliminate or minimize them.
5.Your body is used to your routine and no longer feels challenged – Test: are you sweating when you work out? Do you have to catch your breath? Do you find your workout difficult? If you answered no to one or all of these questions, your workout isn’t challenging enough. Increase the challenge, increase the change.
