How I Lost Weight Fast 75 POUNDS IN 8 MONTHS | WEIGHT LOSS Transformation Before & After Journey

I am currently on a weight loss journey. In the past I have lost a lot of weight fast by eating the right kinds of healthy and nutritious foods, meal prepping, doing lots of cardio and strength training. For my weight loss I didn’t follow any weight loss diet plans, didn’t try any weight loss diet pills or weight loss diet shakes and didn’t hire a fitness trainer to lose weight. I researched everything on how to lose weight on my own such as healthy meals and how to exercise. I am sharing a before and after pictures in this story to show you my transformation after I lost weight.
During my weight loss journey, I lost weight fast averaging about 10 pounds weight loss a month. I drank a lot of water and worked out several hours a day doing cardio, weight lifting and then getting into martial arts kickboxing and jui-jitsu.
