Dr. Berg talks about the best times to eat to lose weight. The technique we are using a technique called intermittent fasting to solve insulin resistance. And don’t worry about losing your muscle, because both Growth Hormone (GH) and testosterone will protect you against muscle loss.
But the goal is to only eat two meals a day, however, for most people they must start with three meals a day and gradually transition to two meals a day. However, the best time to eat is 11:30 in the am and then at 5:00 pm in the evening. Add protein, greens, and fat with each meal. If you add more fat with a meal, you will be able to go longer.
However, this is the fastest way and even the easiest way to lose belly fat.
