Recipes;
Sweet Potato Brownies @soraya.beheshti
2 cups oat flour
1 cup steamed sweet potato
1 cup date paste
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cocoa powder
Preheat Oven to 400 blend the hot water and date paste then add other ingredients until smooth. Spread into baking pan lined with parchment paper & baked for 40 mins before icing.
Sweet potato icing.
1 cup steamed sweet potato
1 cup date paste
5T cacao powder
4T Agave
2T Soymilk
Spread onto cooked brownie or rice cakes.
Oatmeal Cookies
2 bananas
1 cups of oats
1 flax egg
dash of cinnamon, molasses, vanilla, salt & freeze dried fruit.
mix and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
