WHAT I EAT TO LOSE WEIGHT QUICKLY & GET BACK ON TRACK!
Hey guys! So when I got back from vacation I felt the need to get back on track. Over the winter I gained a little bit of weight. I love food and eating, but I needed to get my body back on track & almost a little detoxed. I felt a little weighed down & tired all the time so I wanted to make my diet a little more structured, and just get back on track. I’ve noticed such a change in my mood & energy levels already. I unconsciously have been eating less processed carbs (like bread), and focus more on lean protein & fresh fruits & vegetables. I also cut out my non-water drinks, which was mainly 1 diet coke a day. I still have a cheat day & if I’m out to dinner you best believe I’m having bread, but i’m just learning how to get back on track again 🙂 I don’t necessarily believe in counting calories anymore, I look at calories and the nutrition facts as more of a guideline. I eat when I’m hungry 🙂
