4 Rules to Lose Belly Fat
1. Stop wasting time on spot reduction exercises – When i say that i mean spot doing exercises like crunches,side bends,barbell twist as these exercises hardly burn any calories instead on focus on bigger body parts like legs,back,chest which burn larger number of calories and help lose body fat quickly.
2. Get rid of all food that makes you gain body fat in the fist place like sugar and white flour based products.
3. Do not Overeat – Excess amount of calories get stored as body fat, when you over whatever your body needs gets utilized and rest gets stored as body fat.
4. Eat as per your total calorie requirements – In order to lose body fat your input of calories i.e the amount of calories you eat need to be less and output of calories need to be more i.e you need to burn more calories ..and that is the formula to lose belly fat 🙂
