Crazy Weight Loss After 7 Days of Fasting! (“STARVING” for TRUTH | Intermittent Fasting Tips)

In this video, the Low Carb Legend discusses how much weight he has lost so far after seven days of his new project called the “STARVING” for TRUTH Project. He is going to do something that (as far as he knows) has never been attempted before: A extended fast (of no less than two weeks), with the goal of not breaking the fast until he reaches 6% (to be confirmed via three-point body fat caliper test by personal trainer Jeff at Anytime Fitness in Stevens Point, WI), while continuing to do a three day workout cycle of two days of heavy lifting (5 x 5 style program mixed with sets of 1-4 reps as well) followed by a cardio-only day).

There are ZERO scientific studies that show what happens to the human body when it is forced the engage in strenuous exercise, lifting heavy weights, and burning its own body fat (and nothing else) for fuel while fasting for an extended period of time. What happens to the muscle? Will it atrophy/shrink? Or will the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) surge that has been shown to occur during a fast save all the Legend’s hard-earned muscle? Will the Legend lose all of his strength, stay the same, or actually break all of his personal records? What about fat loss? Can the Legend get down to 6% body fat in one fell swoop, and how long will it take him? And when he does get this low, is he going to look like a holocaust victim or is he going to look like a god? We’re going to find out.

This fast could last 14 days….it could last 21…..it could last 30+. The Legend is not going to stop until he finds out what he needs to know to continue being the greatest expert on fasting and intermittent fasting that has ever lived.
