XD I sometimes over eat when my mom makes soup it’s so delicious >.< and I
eat really fast and I still feel a bit hungry and then I eat more. Once I
ate three large bowls of freeakin soup XD

Wengie, do you (or anyone else) have any tips for someone who already
doesn’t eat too much but would like to lose 10-20 pounds? I’m a little bit
overweight but i don’t eat very much in a day.. I think have to start
working out ahaha.

I really like your vids buuuuttt…. if you’re on a diet it’s actually more
important to look at the fat of food.. of course you don’t want to eat to
much calories but it’s not as important as fat (:

Seeing all your videos about your diet tips definitely motivate me to eat
healthier. I’m trying my best to eat very healthy but I fail sometimes. D:.
But your videos do motivate me and push me to eat healthier so I thank you
for that. (^_^)
I was one of those people who thought that you ate too little even though
when I eat healthy, I eat around the same amount of Calories or maybe even
less. ~I am also petite and I don’t really need a lot of food to sustain
myself and I exercise 3x a week but sometimes I fall into the temptation of
unhealthy foods~
but when I read one of your comments in which you said that Asian countries
were introduced to processed foods and people who eat process foods are
advised a large amount of calories to fill in their nutritional needs, I
thought it made sense. I come from a country whose people once ate very
healthy and little and after they were colonized by Spain, they started
eating a lot more meat, cheese, and sugar. The USA also introduced a lot of
unhealthy and unprocessed foods into my home country but the elders still
advise us young people to eat very healthy and look down upon excessive
consumptions of sweets.

If you’ve ever visited egypt you’ll see the most bad Eating habits in the
world !!
My body is very able to be fat and i’m already 72 k. With 165 cm , my body
is awful.. i wish i could find some types of non fat or less fat food that
doesn’t has too many calories
But how harder i tried i’ve never find anything like that .
I’m actually sporting girl , I play basket ball, handball and swimming
Also i’ve been playing Zomba and aerobics
But i haven’t change at all
Even though i am doing a 30 days ab challenge, half of the month pass.. and
i haven’t seen any change like the others at all
What to do!!?

Packing snacks is a great tip, but I’d recommend using reusable containers
and glass jars for snacks! The prepackaged individual ones and using
plastic bags are both really bad for the planet! So much extra trash.

I really like the tips that you give, however there was one Thing there I
do not have the same opinion. There was something mentioned like either
throwing the Food away or eating everything of it.Acctually no one should
throw Food away, there is also the possibility of putting it into the
fridge for the next day/dish :)
