I’ve been trying to lose weight since I gave birth to my son and because
way before I was pregnant I was so much bigger than I am now and I’ve lost
around 30 pounds but I’m still trying to loose more (: and now people I
havnt seen since I was pregnant are like damn girl you lost weight lol I
didn’t realize how big I was before 🙊

with my experience its better to do 15 min cardio then weights then 15 min
cardio. so you can warm up your body first then after relax you muscles and
it will also feel like you are doing less cardio.

awww It hurts my heart to hear you say you hate your body. you are
beautiful. weight loss is a journey and be compassionate to your body. I
used to be that way but then I realized all my body does for me and that it
was just doing what I was telling it to do. Don’t want to be preachy but

It was so annoying to look at that video with all those cut outs! Really
annoying! Sorry, but you lost me and I won`t repeat that torture. Won`t do
it to myself. And I could tell by your make-up you are a Kardashian fan, no
doubt. And you said it alone at the end! 😀 Don`t be so obsessed with your
body and phisique. You will lose it anyway. One should creat a good
foundation, a goog base that gives him motivation and internal happiness.

what happened to your body is that it’s gotten used to your routine.. Up
your calories if it eating 1300 or less try to go to 1600 or maybe just
1400. It’s hard I know trust me or just drink an extra protein shake
in-between meals. I do belly dancing and running with my dogs and got stuck
exactly where u were. Keep a old picture of you and look at how far you’ve
come and you’ll feel better! your beautiful and u have came through a
challenge that many people don’t have the will power to do😃

+Annie Soy products mean hormones mean weightgain because of fat. And your
scale… when you workout right (heavy weights) you might gain a bit but
it’s muscle, your body will change anyway (in a good way)
