How to Lose Belly Fat Quickly

Today i am going to tell you five rules that can help lose belly fat –

1. Avoid eating all food that leads to accumulation of body fat i.e. get rid of all processed food,white flour and sugar from your diet completely.

2. Incorporate 30 – 40 minutes of workout every day which can help burn calories and utilize existing fat stores for energy.

3. Consume diet high in soluble and insoluble fiber which will help curb appetite and reduce food cravings.

4. Incorporate strength training pr weight training which can help build lean muscle tissue and further enhance metabolism.

5. Pls follow point 1,2,3,4 for atleast 60 -90 days to see any substantial difference.
