How To Loose Weight || How I Lost 17 Kgs & Became a Model || : Watch this video at In this video I am sharing my personal experience of loosing weight. I gained 17 kgs fat within two months when I was in my first year of college and then I started facing problems like joint pain etc and Dr. suggested me to better loose weight otherwise I will get diabetes and other diseases. So I became very conscious about loosing fat, I had so much fat on my body that I could not do heavy exercise like running, jogging etc. So I started learning belly dancing from YouTube videos as it was just a light dance which helps also in loosing belly fat. Offcourse it can be only be effective if taken care of your diet.

So I ditched all oily food and shifted to much healthy and nutritious food like cornflakes, oats, fruits, juices, raw vegetables. Also I used to take lemon water. With all these you need to have all the patience, lets be practical you cant loose weight in less time in a healthy way.
