So after my big weight cut of 13 lbs in about 2 weeks, a lot of people asked “how do you lose weight the HEALTHY way?” Simple, be aware of your calories in/out. Are you eating more than your burning? Then that’s why you’re not losing weight. NO, this does NOT mean starve yourself. Calories = energy. You need energy to exercise, stay alive, stay motivated, etc. A great place to start is to control your portions — less starches and meats, and more leafy greens and vegetables. Be patient, and STAY CONSISTENT.
