How to lose 5 pounds this week doing this jumping jack workout:
1. Do this 20 minute workout 1-to-2 times per day (but no more than 3) and…
2. Do it 4 days or more THIS WEEK.
3. DO NOT COUNT CALORIES but…
4. Eat only from this list of foods here: and…
5. Eat only UP TO 4 times per day and eat at least 1 raw veggie before each meal.

Here’s the truth about losing 5 pounds in ONE WEEK.
You WILL lose 5 pounds or EVEN MORE if you are overweight but… If you are not 15+ pounds overweight DO NOT expect to lose 5 pounds this week (although some of you may no matter how much you weigh). Just know that chances are if you have less than 10 pounds to lose then 5 pounds of pure fat is not going to just drop off. If you’re more than 15 pounds overweight then your chances at losing 5 pounds this week are better. If you’re more than 30 pounds overweight then I can almost guarantee you will lose 5 pounds or more this week but of course…
I can’t’ guarantee you’ll lose it all this week because I simply do not know what else you’ll be doing like I don’t have any idea if you’ll follow this jumping jack workout as is or if you will even take the time to diet correctly.
All you are basically doing in this 20 minute workout is doing jumping jacks as fast as you can for 20 seconds followed by you resting for only 10seconds. For some of you hardcore people you can keep moving at a slower steady pace during your 10 second break and if you are a beginner you may want to consider placing a chair around you while doing jumping jacks so you can sit down during the break periods or just simply only do this work out for 10 minutes or you could also take every other jumping jack 20 second period off.
For each 20 second period of jumping jacks get into the habit of counting your jumping jacks so you can at least maintain the same number of jumping jacks throughout the workout or so that you also make an attempt to beat your last number of jumping jacks
