This drink helps in weight loss and inches loss as well.
Method:- Take 4 lemon slice it into 4 parts.
Take a 1 liter water add lemon slices and let it boil for 10 minutes, we have to convert 1 liter water into half liter water.
after 10 minute let it cool down, and you have to drink this water for entire day and finish it by 7:00PM.
Lemon contains lots of Vitamin C and potassium which helps in burn fat.
This drink is not for Low BP patient.
