Hello everyone! It’s Christina. I’ve been wanting to try this “Military Diet” for a while now, and I finally decided to do it! According to this diet, you can lose up to 10 pounds in 3 days! Crazy right? I personally think it’s a good way to train yourself to eat smaller portions. Results usually vary. As you saw in the video, I substituted some of the foods out with substitutions from the website:

This video is just to show you guys my experience and results from this diet.
My advice would be to continue eating healthy after, or you’ll end up gaining the weight back, if not more. Also remember to drink lots of water throughout the day!
