Back then when I was 15 years old my soul passion was playing “WoW” (World of Warcraft). It was a video of “Zyzz” that inspired me to take a look outside of my gaming life.
With the new inflamed desire to change my body I got into fitness and nutrition.
I steadily kept learning more and more about nutrition and training techniques – up to this day my journey of acquiring new knowledge hasn’t ended.

I personally love the feeling you get when you find out that you did something wrong or not to the optimum for a long time because with every discovered mistake you did, you discover a new found potential in what you are able to do.
