It’s important to have a diet plan to lose weight fast, but sometimes it’s the little things that can help you stick to your diet and exercise goals. I share some of my hardest and interesting moments while on a diet and I hope that you can relate or find something to help inspire you to improve your health and nutrition. Everyone’s body is also different and everyones relationship to their body image is incredibly personal so please respect 🙂 I’m not a dietician or a nutritionist and only here to share my experience so I hope you enjoy this diet experience story video 🙂
