The Best Vegetable Soup For Weight Loss

This makes 11 qts. great to freeze.
1 lb. collard greens, 1/2 lb. black beans soak for 24 hours , 1/2 lb. Chick peas, yellow turnips 1lb. 2oz. before peeling, 1 lb. green pepper before trimming, 1 lb. Zucchini , 1 lbs. sweet potato before peeling, , 1&1/2 lb. green cabbage (red is healthier) before dicing, 2 oz. fresh ginger, 8 garlic cloves, 1&3/4 lb. fresh tomato, 1&1/2 lb. onions, 1 lb. carrots, 1 lb. celery, 4 T. Hiziki sea vegetable(soak for 1 hr. in water then rinse) or any dry seaweed, 5 qts water to start, add 3 qts later, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, 4 oz. fresh basil
Have a few ounces of protein with it. Top it off with 1-2 T. toasted almonds.
