Actually you need to cut first. Because if you are Skinnyfat you have about
16/17 procent bodyfat. So when you bulk you will gane fat and at the end of
the bulk you end up having 20 procent bodyfat or more depending (clean
bulk)…this means that you need to cut for more then 6 months to be
shredded. This is hard as you can see. So my advise would be cut first
untill you are about 9/10 procent bodyfat so when you bulk your about 15
procent and you stil have decent abs. For more information – check Radu

You hit the nail right on. I’m always complaining to my sisters that I
don’t want to exercise anymore becasue I don’t want to get any skinnier but
I also need to get rid of these jiggly fats on my thigh and belly. I just
stopped working out for a while because I was so confused at what to do. I
guess I’d rather get fatter and gain muscles than turn into a stick.

Here’s what I’m going to do, I’m going to do something called calisthenics,
I’m going to eat healthy, and do lots of cardio to lose belly fat and gain

Hi can I bulk for a year then cut?I did I 9 week cut at first (like an
idiot) to get rid of the fat then started bulking.What I need to know is if

Hey, my name’s Flo and I’m 14.
I lost around 20kg in 1,5 years and I’ve gotten average weight now.
But I’m Skinny Fat.
The Depressing thing is I haven’t eaten any sweets, fast food etc. for
1,5years and I’m still not eating them but my belly fat just won’t go away.
I know that I’m still growing and in 2-3 years the fat’ll most likely be
gone, but I don’t want to wait 2-3years longer.
(I’m making 30 pushups, 30 pullups, 30 situps everyday and I,m lifting
weights)

Thank you for the advice Matt! I’ve always been self conscious about being
skinny fat because I would be pumping out light weight while still being
heavy. I’m going to try what you said and hopefully it works for my body.
If anyone out there has any advice please respond to this comment. Any

I totally agree. My weights been all over the place. I started off being
really fat. Cut my intake in half exercise and the end result was skinny
fat. I was clueless about diet and exercise. Bulk up read or watch videos
about diet plans. Eat good fats and calories. Go to the gym do your basic
workouts, BUT!!! research on good techniques and tips on those basic
workouts. From there you can move forward with more complex workout
routines and find a diet you enjoy and your body has a positive reaction
to. Trust me, take it day by day… and be really patient. There are many
among many diets and routines you can experiment with. Don’t stick with one
you hate just cuz someone told you to. Doing that will more than likely
drive u to quit. You don’t have to hate exercising and being on a diet.
