Weight Loss Motivation | Omaha Work Out | Weight Loss Work Out

Here is your daily dose of weight loss motivation. I had a 2 hour break at work so I decided to find a park in Omaha and work out. Remember guys!! It’s up to you to make time for yourself!!

Work Out:
50 jumping jacks
50 mountain climbers
10 push ups
25 high knees
15 burpees
25 bicycle crunches
50 jumping jacks
25 squats
25 high knee

NOTE* I am not a licensed trainer, I am just showing what I do for workouts. I’m not looking for tips on form or my workout routine.
