How I Got Lean: Vegan Weight Loss, Muscle Building & Fitness Tips (be Careful)

Hello Everyone,
Here are a few tips that may help you with your weight loss journey and overall cleaner eating /vegan attempts. Now, I do have a tendency to be a bit excessive so I understand this is not ideal or necessary for everyone but again the goaI was to simply live better- the weight loss was simply a contributing factor in how I went about it (positive and negative). I do hope you find this information useful and are able to tailor out a plan for yourself with my journey in mind. Let me know if you need more of a break down.

DId you eat beans, nuts, and avocados…mercy…you seem like your needed
health fats from oils. Also vegan breads, pasta, and rice. Well just to
let you know. But you do look good.

Yes PLEASE do a cooking channel!!! I really need to get my diet going
better I’m suffering with fibroid and trying to heal myself with some herbs
and a better diet and exercise! Trying my best to avoid surgery!!!

Well good for you. I can’t do it as my lifestyle, but I will go raw for 2
weeks. There is nothing wrong with a little pork. You’re doing fine.

Hi new subscriber here! Love your channel and personality. I am 28 with 3
small kids under 4. Also want to start eating healthy. But don’t know
exactly where to start and what exactly to avoid. I would love to see a vid
of breakdown of labels. It is sad to know all things that are being

We’ve been eater healthier and lighter. Everyone in the house lost weight.
The problem is my son plays basketball competitively (used to play
football)-he lost about 8 pounds! He needs the weight to compete, block,
defend against bigger kids. So, I had to add meats, pasta, rice, potatoes ,
etc. back into our diets. Trying to cook two meals (one for the kids and
one for me and hubby) is tiring!

They make their own breakfasts and lunches. They can do dinner but I’d
still have the added benefit of buying more food. So more costs to my
grocery bill. I just find it easier and cheaper to use willpower for myself
lol along with a big salad.

and what not to eat when transitioning to vegan. If you could also do a

Ive gone more veggie and fruit at the moment and some raw but still need
some fish..not sure how long this is for but I definitely do not want

You need more calories from fruit.
We are naturally fruititarian.
this is what happens when people go vegan, they don’t stretch their stomach
to accommodate the amount of calories from high fiber foods.
