** Some people are taking it out of context regarding me cutting out pasta; I only cut pasta out due to it being too heavy for me to eat so thats why i cut it out. I LIMITED MY INTAKE ON OTHER CARBS I DID NOT CUT CARBS OUT!! By limiting my intake I meant not eating them over excessively like i have in the past. I made sure i incorporated breads and rice in my everyday diet. Carbs are good!! just had to clarify for you guys!**
